The Sac Volvo Club Planning Committee has been working hard to coordinate the details for the Saturday Davis Meet Weekend Events.

We are still waiting on some communications and need RSVPs before we can finalize all details.

Davis Meet Weekend: Saturday Events:
Niello Volvo- Tech Session, Cars & Coffee- TBD
Lunch- TBD
K1 Speed- Indoor Electric Kart Racing- $60 per person "Grand Prix" package, 3:30P Appointment, need to arrive 20 minutes early
5th Annual Pre-Davis Party at Walter’s House- Party starts ~2:00P for those not participating in other events

K1 Speed Kart Racing:
-Requires eight people for a group reservation or the event will be cancelled.
-Twelve people are allowed on the track at a time.
-If more than 12 people RSVP/sign-up, then they will split the group up into different races.
-We are currently booked for a $60 per person "Grand Prix" package at 3:30P on Saturday, April 11, 2015.
-$60 PER PERSON: GRAND PRIX Package = 12 Lap Practice + 14 Lap Qualifying Race + 16 Lap Final Race. Includes trophies for top 3 finishers, podium photo and score sheet with K1RS race performance details

K1 Speed RSVPs will close Wednesday, April 8, 2015.

All Saturday RSVPs will close Thursday, April 9, 2015.

Scenic Drive / Lunch at Old Spaghetti Factory- 10:00A Start (Meet at Niello; Driver's Meeting ~9:55A)
K1 Speed- Indoor Electric Kart Racing, $60/person "Grand Prix" package, 3:30P (arrive 20 min. early)

Requires a group of eight people for a reservation.
This event will be cancelled if there are less than eight RSVPs.
